Our editorial standards
- We publish market figures only with a cited source and a stated reporting date.
- We label sample property data as samples. We never present demonstration records as inventory.
- We don't invent reviews, testimonials, awards, credentials, partnerships or statistics — and we won't display them until they're real and verifiable.
- Investment examples are labeled hypothetical and illustrative. We don't offer investments or solicit capital here.
- Property-specific claims — permits, ADU feasibility, HOA, school assignment, view protection — are always presented as things to verify, never as facts we assert.
